Unbroken Circle Green Cemetery is a non-perpetual care cemetery, and is operated as a Conservation Burial Ground. The Cemetery and surrounding Property have been placed in a Conservation Easement. This Easement’s Purpose is to assure that the Cemetery and Property will remain “Wild & Whole” and be retained in perpetuity in its predominant natural, scenic, historic, agricultural and open space condition, and to prevent any use of the Property that will significantly impair or interfere with the conservation values including wildlife preservation and management, and the preservation of all native plants, grasses, trees and other vegetation.
The following conservation values of the Cemetery and Property to be preserved through the easement are all acknowledged and accepted by the following Regulations before entering:
- It is unlawful to remove, destroy or damage property, trees or plants.
- No trees or shrubs shall be planted without the written consent of the cemetery. Plants approved by the cemetery shall be planted only in approved planting spaces and under the supervision of the management of the cemetery.
- The cemetery shall have the right to remove any trees, shrubs, or plants which are planted without cemetery’s prior consent.
- No up-right monuments, ornamentation, memorials, or embellishments of any kind shall be placed upon the property.
- Fresh flowers may be placed on graves. No plastic wrap, glass, plastic or metal containers.
- Smoking, alcohol, and controlled substances are prohibited.
- For your pet’s safety, pets must be on a leash at all times.
- Please don’t litter.
- Please respect the wildlife. Do not feed the wildlife.
